StarPaw Early Access Agreement — Walkers

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Welcome to StarPaw early access. This is a short, plain-language agreement for walkers — the independent professionals who use StarPaw to run their dog-walking businesses. While StarPaw is in early access, this agreement covers your use of it. When early access ends, a full Terms of Service will replace this agreement, and we’ll ask you to review and accept it then.

StarPaw is a product of AktivPack, operated by Axel Molina (“StarPaw,” “we,” or “us”). By tapping I Agree, you accept this agreement.

1. StarPaw is early access

StarPaw is early software offered for testing and feedback. It may change, break, be unavailable, or lose data, and features may be added or removed without notice. We provide it as-is, without warranties of any kind. Don’t rely on StarPaw as your only record of anything important to your business — keep your own copies of what matters.

2. You’re independent — StarPaw is your tool

You run your own dog-walking business. StarPaw is software you use to run it; we are not your employer, partner, or agent, and we don’t supervise, direct, or take part in your work with clients. Your agreements with your clients, your rates, your schedule, and the care you provide are yours. You’re responsible for operating lawfully, including any licenses, permits, insurance, and taxes your business requires.

  • Not veterinary or professional advice. StarPaw, including any AI features, is a tool — not a veterinarian, trainer, or other professional, and not a substitute for one. Don’t use it for emergencies.
  • We track money, we don’t move it. Payment amounts in StarPaw are a record only, to help you and your clients keep the same picture. Real money moves directly between you and your clients, outside the app. We are not a bank, payment processor, or escrow service.

3. Photos on group walks are shared with your clients

StarPaw is built around sharing walk photos with the dogs’ owners. When you walk more than one dog together, the photos from that walk are visible to the owners of every dog on it. By using StarPaw you agree that this is how sharing works, and you’re responsible for:

  • taking and sharing only photos you have the right to share; and
  • respecting each owner’s consent — don’t share a dog’s photos in ways that owner hasn’t agreed to.

Once a photo is shared, it can’t be fully “unshared” — an owner may already have saved it. Don’t use StarPaw’s photos or information to identify, locate, or contact anyone without their permission.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you add. You give us permission to store, display, and process that content so we can operate StarPaw for you and your clients. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your photos, voice recordings, or notes to train AI models. You’re responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including your clients’ dogs’ photos.

5. Using StarPaw responsibly

Use StarPaw lawfully and honestly. Don’t misuse other people’s information, upload content you don’t have the right to share, interfere with the service, or try to break its security. We may suspend or remove access that puts others, their dogs, or the service at risk.

6. Working in a shared business

A StarPaw business can have more than one member — for example, two partners running one operation together. If that’s you (as the account holder or as an invited member), this section applies on top of everything else here.

  • Everyone in the business sees everything. Every member has full access to the business’s operation: its clients and their contact details, home addresses and entry codes, schedules, photos, notes, and money records. Only invite someone you trust with all of that, and remove their access promptly (Settings → Your team) the moment they should no longer have it.
  • Inviting is your judgment. StarPaw verifies that an invited person controls the phone number you invited — nothing more. Who belongs in your business, and on what terms, is between you.
  • Your arrangement with each other is yours. Whether you’re partners, employer and employee, or something else is defined by your own agreement, not by StarPaw. We’re not a party to it, we don’t supervise anyone’s work, and nothing here creates a partnership or employment relationship with us or between you (§2 applies to every member).
  • What you record carries your name. Actions in a shared business — pickups and drop-offs, payments recorded, notes, photos — are attributed to the member who did them, visible to the other member and, where it matters, to clients.
  • Client information belongs with the business. Use it only for that business’s work. If you leave or your access is removed, the records stay with the business — still attributed to you — and you agree not to keep, copy, or reuse the business’s client information afterwards.
  • Billing during early access rides the account holder’s membership: an invited member doesn’t pay separately today. If seat pricing is introduced later, §7 applies — you’ll see the price clearly and agree to it before anyone is charged.

7. Fees during early access

If any part of early access requires a paid subscription, we’ll show you the price and how billing works clearly before you’re charged, and we’ll get your agreement to it first. You can cancel from within the app at any time. Subscription fees are for the StarPaw software only — they’re separate from anything you charge your clients. Any early-access pricing promise (like a locked-in rate) applies to your StarPaw membership plan as sold when you subscribed; optional future products or add-ons are separate, and you’ll never need to buy them to keep what your plan already includes.

90-day money-back guarantee. If StarPaw isn’t working out in your first 90 days of paying for it (counted from your first charge), email us and we’ll refund every subscription payment you’ve made — no questions, no forms. The guarantee applies to your first subscription only, once per account, and it covers subscription payments (not metered AI usage beyond what your plan includes). Filing a card dispute instead of emailing us ends the guarantee for your account — please just ask; asking is the intended path.

8. Your data and privacy

We collect the information you give us (like your phone number, your clients’ and dogs’ details, and photos) and basic technical data needed to run the service, and we use it to operate StarPaw. We don’t sell it. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we hold, who we send it to, and what you can ask us to do about it. To have your account and data deleted during early access, contact us.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using StarPaw at any time. We may end or limit early access, or anyone’s access to it, at any time. If we end early access, we’ll aim to give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.

10. Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, StarPaw and Axel Molina are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost business, arising from early access. You are responsible for your own services to your clients. Nothing in this agreement limits anything that can’t be limited by law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this agreement; if we make a material change, we’ll ask you to accept the new version. Questions, requests, or problems: axel@axelmolina.com.

Thanks for coming in early.
